Fondue

Made from buffalo milk, the burrata has a firm rind and a creamy. The flavor of burrata is similar to mozzarella, which we are accustomed, but the interior is smooth.
You could to say that burrata´s flavor is a compromise between buffalo mozzarella and butter. Hence the origin of this name, "burro" is butter is italian. Very special this cheese is sold in Italy wrapped in green leaves.
Difficult to be found in Sao Paulo, this delicacy of burrata can be enjoyed at a restaurant specializing in European cuisine, you can ask it as input in "Era uma vez um Chalezinho..." located in the charming neighborhood of Morumbi, Str. Itapimirum 11, Phone (11) 3501-9322.
It will be a pleasure to hear your opinion in "comentarios" on top of this page.
